Norman Kolpas is a Los Angeles based author and teacher. He has
written over 30 cookbooks and he has worked with some of America's
top chefs. Some consider him the father of the modern day South
Western cuisine. His articles can also be found in Home Magazine,
Bon Appetit, and Sunset.
